“Nymphaea” being the etymological name for water lilies - evokes the “Nymphs” or water deities of ancient Greek mythology, who had the power to “metamorphosize” and transform into flowers. The work is made up of diving fins, since organisms develop them in order to aid them in the process of adapting to their ecological niches. Even though the construction is a semi circle it gives the impression of a full one. It plays with aspects of reflection, recycling, transformation and adaptation.
This work was installed at "Timiou Stavrou" (Holy Cross), which is one of the painted Byzantine churches enlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage Monuments. The text used is of scriptures taken from the actual church frescoes. It is inspired from the “The Sacred Labyrinth Walk”, which is an ancient practice of "Circling to the Center” or “Illuminating our Inner Path”. It is self alignment tool that puts our lives in perspective and provides personal, psychological and spiritual transformation.

The installation which part of I-Park's Environmental Art Biennale in Connecticut – USA,pays tribute to the nymph Clytia who fell deeply in love with the Son-god but the feeling was never reciprocated. She thus became so fixated on him that she transformed into a sunflower, which would always follow the path of the sun. The work is made of used sunglass lenses and is meant to highlight the vulnerability and the defenselessness of nature due to environmental factors that influence UV penetration.

is a wind-chime that pays tribute to the poet and singer Orpheus in Greek mythology, who had the ability to charm everyone with his songs. It is made of scissors in order to engage the viewer in conflicting emotions of fascination and fear, as the familiar domestic object is transferred into an alluring yet threatening phenomenon. The work suggests a metaphoric connection between scissors and manmade hazards of nature such as acid rain or acid snow.
“Out of Space” International Environmental Art Exhibition in 2010 in Midden Friesland, in the Netherlands.
The title is derived from Greek mythology, which tells the story of Achilles who even though was thought to be invulnerable, he was killed by an arrow wound to his heel. The work involves the use of 700 readymade stiletto heels giving the impression of “prickles” that plants normally use to ward off predators. It makes a dual reference to the vulnerability of the Nature Reserve and the need to protect and preserve it.

This work is made of hundreds of used cartridges gathered from the fields of Cyprus, with each piece cut and folded into a flower. The work not only represents the seductive power of hunting for killing but also encourages the viewer towards the disabling thoughts of war.
